Industrial style Thermal Mass Flow meters and Controllers with analog and digital output.
The Mass Flow Meters of the IN-FLOW series are of rugged design (IP65)
for use in pilot and production plants in industrial environments or even
Zone 2 hazardous areas, with optional ATEX Category 3, FM Class I Div. 2
or KCs approval.
Mass Flow Meters can be supplied in ranges starting from
0,0140,7 mln/min up to 11000 m3n/h air-equivalent, with pressure rating
between vacuum and 700 bar.
In combination with control valves, either integrated or separate, Mass Flow Controllers can be offered up to 10500
m3n/h air-equivalent.
Todays IN-FLOW series are equipped with a digital pc-board, offering high
accuracy, excellent temperature stability and fast response. The main digital
pc-board contains all of the general functions needed for measurement
and control. In addition to the standard RS232 output the instruments also
offer analog I/O and a variety of fieldbus interface options
