The Bronkhorst μ-FLOW series of Liquid mass flow meters and controllers are designed for ultra low flow liquid monitoring & control applications
These bespoke instruments can accuratly meter and control flows in the 5mg to 2g/hr flow range
The instruments operate on a thermal, thru-flow measuring principle. The flow meter can be connected to a control valve to form a closed control loop.
Lowest range 5 … 100 mg/h
Highest range 0,1 … 2 g/h (fluids with thermal properties similar to H2O)
